Jelly Baby?

Here's another stab at the Doctor. Number 4 once again. You might notice a definite change in direction with this one. I tried a similar strategy to the character designers of Real Ghostbusters. That is, rather than trying to stylize Tom Baker himself, I just tried to get a recognizable cartoon Doctor. I think it worked out really well.
